Cooling Unit
The CU series cooling unit is specially designed and manufactured for the heat dissipation of water-cooled electrodynamic vibration generator.
This cooler is mainly composed of the stainless steel or brass water pump, stainless steel heat exchanger, water pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge, flow switch, level alarm switch, water tank, and the pipelines.
Major structural parts of the cooling unit are made from 304 or 316 stainless steel. Additionally, the cooling equipment comes with an exceptional large-displacement water pump unit and an automatic monitoring system. Therefore, it features easy operation, dependable performance, and convenient maintenance.
The cooling system can offer a host of protection functions including the system protection, too-low water level, external control, external cold water flow, thermal relay protection, armature water flow, armature water pressure, field coil water flow, field coil water pressure, output protection, and the control power supply, etc.
Our company primarily supplies four optional types of cooling unit including CU-1, CU-2, CU-3 and CU-4.
