Multi-Axis Multifunctional Turntable System
The multi-axis multifunctional turntable consists primarily of a mechanical turntable, a temperature control box, a measurement and control cabinet.
This mechanical turntable offers various functions including angular position, angular rate, swing, and centrifugal acceleration control. It can record and display real-time information data and also incorporates temperature control capabilities. The main purpose of the turntable is to provide precise positioning and speed reference for the load being measured. It can be used for both dynamic and static testing and calibration of inertial components and inertial navigation systems. Additionally, it can create high and low temperature, humidity, or vacuum test environments for the load being measured.
The axis of the turntable is a precision mechanical axis, featuring an interface that transmits the electrical signal from the device under test.
Furthermore, the rotary table is equipped with a standard interface for transmitting data information. Special measurement and control software can be utilized to control the operation of the rotary table and collect status data. Additionally, a communication protocol is available to enable users to control the rotary table and gather data through their own application programs.
The turntable finds extensive applications in aviation, aerospace, navigation, weapons, vehicles, and other fields. Its primary uses include the verification and calibration of inertial navigation systems and inertial components, as well as simulating missile and aircraft attitude movements. Depending on the intended use, the turntable can be categorized as an inertial test turntable, simulation turntable, or customized turntable.
