Multi-Axis Rate Table
The multi-axis multifunctional turntable consists of a mechanical turntable, temperature control box, and measurement and control cabinet. It supports angular position, rate, swing, and centrifugal acceleration control, with real-time data recording and display. The system also provides temperature control and is designed to deliver precise positioning and speed references for tested loads. It is suitable for dynamic and static testing and calibration of inertial components and navigation systems, and can simulate high/low temperature, humidity, or vacuum environments.
The precision mechanical axis includes an interface for transmitting electrical signals from the device under test. A standard interface supports data communication, and dedicated software or communication protocols allow control and data collection via user applications.
Widely used in aviation, aerospace, navigation, defense, and automotive sectors, the multi-axis rate turntable serves to verify and calibrate inertial systems and simulate missile or aircraft attitude motion. It is available as an inertial test turntable, simulation turntable, or customized variant based on application requirements.
