The SY-11 pneumatic free fall shock machine is a newly-designed type of shock and bump test equipment. It features simple operation, convenient maintenance, and high degree of automation. The tester is suitable for all sorts of shock tests such as the conventional half-sine wave, post-peak sawtooth wave, square wave, and more.

Functions and Characteristics

  • This pneumatic free fall shock machine can significantly improve its impact test efficiency. Its maximum collision frequency reaches 100times/min.
  • It is extremely easy to realize large pulse width and small overload test.
  • With high shock velocity, the shock tester adopted can substitute for a collision table. It gives higher reliability and better collision waveform when compared to a motor-driven or hydraulic drive collision table.
  • The pneumatic free fall shock machine allows shock velocity to be controlled by adjusting gas pressure. It is convenient to adjust collision speed.
  • This product adopts a Shock DAQ series shock control and measurement system to realize multiple optional impact modes including the manual shock, continuous shock, single shock, and the interval shock.
