High Acceleration Shock Tester

The SY-13 high acceleration shock tester is specially developed to cater for the needs of various industries such as the military, house appliances, and more. It takes advantage of drop principle.

In addition, the high-g shock testing device adopts the method of air-pressure reverse thrust or spring accumulation to raise initial velocity. It can easily realize all kinds of acceleration by adjusting inflation pressure. If equipped with a waveform amplifier, the high acceleration shock tester can achieve ultra-high acceleration.

Functions and Characteristics
1. Both reverse thrust force and braking force come from a low-pressure cylinder which features easy maintenance, and high safety and reliability.

2. Two pneumatic brake mechanisms work simultaneously to guarantee reliable locking.

3. The adoption of a cylinder or segmented spring drive device allows shock overload value to be controlled by adjusting air pressure.

4. Digital control of the impact height is available for superb impact repeatability.

5. The high acceleration shock tester comes with a high-performance special composite table and a built-in waveform amplifier. This will result in convenient use and stable performance of our shock testing facilities.
