The SY-31 centrifugal constant acceleration tester is used to examine whether the components, equipment sets, and other electronic goods suffered by the force (except gravity) at constant acceleration can offer normal operation and structural load bearing capacity in expected service environments. It can evaluate the structural integrity of some components and the electrical parameters of specimens under constant acceleration.

Functions and Features
  • Specimens can be provided with liquid, gas, and electricity in test process. The status of the specimen that bears acceleration is reappeared with reality.
  • Our centrifugal constant acceleration tester is configured with a video monitoring system to supervise the test state.
  • Its interface is remotely controlled by a fully automated computer. The testing equipment will be activated only if an operator inputs simple value. It can complete acceleration tests accurately.
  • Multi-stage acceleration consecutive tests are available on basis of different requirements of specimens.
  • This centrifugal testing machine can realize open-circuit, over-limit and over-speed protection.
  • In case of auto control failure or no auto control, the centrifugal constant acceleration tester will adopt manual control method to accomplish a test.
